Week 0

Deload & Prep

Active Recovery

We intentionally pull back the intensity. This gives your body a much-needed break if you've been training hard, or primes your system if you're just starting. You'll enter the challenge feeling strong, refreshed, and ready to attack.

Weeks 1-4

Hypertrophy

Build Muscle

The goal here is to maximise muscle growth. We use classic bodybuilding-style training with high volume (8-15 rep range) to stimulate size. You'll lay the foundation for a stronger, more defined physique.

Weeks 5-8

Strength & Power

Get Strong

After building the muscle, we teach it to be strong. We dramatically increase the weight and lower the reps, focusing on pure, maximal strength on main lifts. You will be lifting heavier than ever before.

Home or Gym

Don't have a gym membership? No problem. The program is fully adaptable for home workouts with minimal equipment.
